    How to become a member?
  1. It is compulsory for you to sign up as a member to purchase products or enjoy any benefits from greengrocer.com.sg.
  2. You have to register at the online registration form in the webpage.
  3. A new account form will appear. Fill in all details carefully and upon completion click on submit button.
  4. If any information is not given correctly, an error message will be displayed. Correct the error and click submit button again.
  5. There will be a message “you have registered successfully” after you have clicked submit button and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you shortly.
  6. You can start shopping by clicking login/sign in. Fill in your login name and password as in the registration form. Once you have logged in successfully, you can start your shopping spree.

    How to redeem a voucher?
  1. You have to sign in as a member.
  2. Click on “my account”.
  3. On the left navigation bar, select “referral/redemption”.
  4. Select the no of voucher you wish to redeem under the voucher redemption section.
  5. Remember you must have sufficient points to redeem. 1500 points for each voucher worth $50 off your next purchase.

    How to use a voucher?
  1. You have to sign in as a member.
  2. Click on “my account”.
  3. On the left navigation bar, select “referral/redemption”.
  4. Look under “register voucher”
  5. Start keying in the serial no. Followed by a password which is concealed on the top right hand corner of an opened voucher. (please scratch on the protective film to reveal the password)
  6. After this process, $50 will be credited to your account which can be viewed on the same page on the top right hand corner under “credit avaliable”
  7. Any credited amount will be discounted off your total purchase.

  What is our reward program?
  When you register to become a member of greengrocer.com.sg, you are eligible to enjoy our reward program as a frequent buyer!
Simply refer your friends to our website, and both of you will start reaping the wonderful rewards! Here’s how this great system goes:
  • When your refered friend make his/her first purchase, each of you will received 300 points credited to your account which can be viewed under redemption history or credit available section after you have signed in.
  • $1 = 1 point: for subsequent purchases, each dollar you spend will translate into 1 point.
  • For every 1,500 points, you are entitled to redeem a $50 greengrocer.com.sg voucher!
  • You may also choose to retain your accumulated points for future vouchers redemption should you feel the need to do so.
  • Accumulated points will be valid only for 12 months beginning from the first point earned.

    How to look for an item?

    You can use the following methods:
  • Via search engine
    1. Key in any product descriptions that you are planning to search and click go button.
  • Via product group
    1. Select the product group which the item belongs to.
    2. A list of sub-categories will appear on the left panel of the page.
    3. Click on the sub-category that you wish to browse.
    4. Majority of the sub-categories product comes with an image for viewing.

    How to buy?
  1. When items are listed after a search or through selection of a category, you may key in the quantity in the box that you want to purchase and proceed to click on order button.
  2. Selected item will be added to the shopping cart.
  3. You may continue to search and make other purchases.

    How to see what you have bought so far?
  1. Click on the shopping cart button on the top right hand corner of the page.
  2. You will see a list of items that you have selected.
  3. You may change the quantity or delete any item that you want.
  4. To delete – simply click delete button and the item will be deleted immediately.
  5. To edit the quantity – simply make changes on the quantity and click edit button and the quantity will be updated.

    How to check out?
  1. Click check out on the top right hand corner of the page.
  2. Once directed to our payment gateway and in order for us to be prompt for your scheduled delivery, users must remember to click on the link (Return to Greengrocer) or hold the page for 10 seconds to be redirected back to our website for a complete transaction and order process. Any failure to do so will result in us tracking your order hence a possibility of a delayed delivery.

  What is the minimum order value?
  Minimum order value is s$80.00 (excluding 7%gst) per delivery per location in singapore. (a delivery charge of s$50.00 will be imposed if the order falls below s$200.00)

  How do we know that our order has been successfully submitted?
  A confirmation of order will be sent via e-mail upon successful transaction.

  Cancellation of order/product?
  Any cancellation will only be accepted not later than 1 working day prior to the delivery date. For cancellation, please call us at 93253236 during these hours: (9.00am-6.00pm mon-fri and 9.00am-12.00pm sat) refunds will be made as soon as possible.

  When will my order be delivered?
  Greengrocer.com.sg emphasizes on the quality of product we deliver. Therefore, the guideline below shall allow you to plan your groceries in advance. Delivery will be scheduled from the time of order/payment is submitted.
 
Orders submitted Earliest delivery will be
Monday – Thursday 2 working days (at the time of order submission)
e.g. order submitted before 3pm on Monday, you’ll receive your products on Tuesday.
e.g. order submitted after 3pm on Monday, you’ll receive your products on Wednesday.
   
Friday, Saturday & Sunday 2 working days (at the time of order submission)
e.g. order submitted before 1pm on Friday, you’ll receive your products on Saturday.
e.g. order submitted after 1pm on Friday, you’ll receive your products on the following Monday afternoon.
e.g. order submitted anytime on Saturdays or Sundays, you’ll receive your products on the following Tuesday.
   
  * there is no delivery on sundays and public holidays.
* delivery schedule: mondays – fridays (10am-5pm), saturdays (10am-3pm)

  • In an event of a missed delivery, our driver will leave a notification slip informing you to contact greengrocer.com.sg at the soonest possible time to arrange for a reschedule delivery. Please take note there will be an s$50.00 delivery charge for any reschedule delivery.

  How do you guarantee freshness?
  Our team members are trained to identify and select only the freshest and best quality products for your purchases. The items are being picked at an hour prior to your delivery schedule. Chilled and frozen items are placed in cartons and stored in well refrigerated chiller trucks waiting to deliver to you.

If there are any instances when the product freshness does not meet your expectations, you may immediately inform our delivery team members or contact our customer service hotline at 93253236 during office hours to arrange a refund or deliver a replacement.

  What if there are missing items?
  We would like to advice our customers to check all products upon delivery. If there is a missing product or delivery of a wrong product, please highlight immediately to the delivery team or contact the customer service assistants during office hours. We will advise you the next ideal schedule to deliver the missing or correct product to you free of charge.
