1 kilo lamb spare ribs
500ml bar-b-que sauce
Combine all ingredients and marinade lamb spare ribs for 12 hours. Slow roast on 160’c until soft and tender. Baste regularly when roasting.
Service note: You will notice that as the ribs cook, the honey in the marinade will caramelize. Just keep a little water in baking dish if this occurs. Cover the ribs for the first 30mins of the roasting process then uncover and baste regularly until soft and tender.
